Job summary

TaskUs in Angeles, Pampanga is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to design and expand training and development programs across product initiatives. You will deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training with curriculum, exams, and technical prep to support enterprise needs.

The role requires 1–2 years in training or teaching within a BPO, strong Microsoft and Google apps skills, and the ability to motivate and engage learners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience in training or teaching.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage audiences across multiple sessions.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization.
• Maintain training documents and materials as content expert.
• Develop and create effective induction programs.
• Monitor trainee progress and discuss with managers.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and provide e-learning options.
