Job summary

TaskUs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainer in Pampanga to design and expand training programs for sales teams across enterprise and channel partners.

You will deliver curriculum-based training, assess learning outcomes, and maintain up-to-date materials while adapting content to evolving product needs and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in training or teaching experience.
• Proven Sales Trainer experience in a BPO setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Problem solver and critical thinker.
• Able to present and facilitate class discussions.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative in engaging audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational and project skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
