Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Training Associate to lift dealership performance by delivering training, coaching, and development programs. Qualifications

About the Role

The Sales Training Associate helps improve dealership sales performance by training and coaching Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. This role is responsible for delivering training programs, monitoring training completion, and supporting dealerships in developing their sales teams. The Sales Training Associate serves as the main training partner for assigned dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Management

• Build strong relationships with dealership leaders and sales teams.
• Ensure all required training programs are completed by assigned dealerships.
• Monitor training compliance and completion rates.

2. Training Delivery

• Facilitate product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training.
• Conduct onboarding programs for newly hired Sales Consultants.
• Deliver refresher and reinforcement training as needed.
• Facilitate role-playing activities, coaching sessions, and practical exercises.

3. Coaching and Performance Support

• Observe sales staff during customer interactions and provide coaching.
• Partner with Sales Managers to strengthen sales performance.
• Identify knowledge or skill gaps and recommend appropriate development activities.
• Reinforce company sales standards and best practices.

4. Training Administration

• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and assessment results.
• Track completion of required training programs.
• Prepare and submit training reports on time.

5. Training Material Support

• Assist in updating training presentations and learning materials.
• Support new training initiatives and pilot programs.
• Gather participant feedback and help improve training effectiveness.

6. Training Needs Assessment

• Identify training needs through observation, assessments, and discussions with Sales Managers.
• Recommend development programs to address performance gaps.
• Support annual training needs assessment activities.
