Job summary

ACMobility is seeking a Sales Training Associate to improve dealership performance by training and coaching Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. You will deliver training programs, monitor completion, and support dealerships in developing their sales teams as the main training partner for assigned dealerships.

Responsibilities include managing training plans, facilitating product knowledge and sales process sessions, onboarding new consultants, and providing ongoing coaching to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or related role.
• Experience in sales training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Training management: build strong relationships with dealership leaders and sales teams and ensure training programs are completed.
• Training delivery: facilitate product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training, onboarding new consultants, refresher sessions.
• Coaching and performance support: observe staff during customer interactions and provide coaching; collaborate with Sales Managers to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Management
• - Build strong relationships with dealership leaders and sales teams.
• - Ensure all required training programs are completed by assigned dealerships.
• - Monitor training compliance and completion rates.
• Training Delivery
• - Facilitate product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training.
• - Conduct onboarding programs for newly hired Sales Consultants.
• - Deliver refresher and reinforcement training as needed.
• - Facilitate role-playing activities, coaching sessions, and practical exercises.
• Coaching and Performance Support
• - Observe sales staff during customer interactions and provide coaching.
• - Partner with Sales Managers to strengthen sales performance.
• - Identify knowledge or skill gaps and recommend appropriate development activities.

• - Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and assessment results.
