ACMobility is looking for a Sales Training Associate to support the delivery and execution of sales training programs across the dealership network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Education or related field.
• 2–3 years in training, learning and development, sales support or related functions.
• Experience in sales training, dealership training, or automotive retail is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer experience standards.
• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with training documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training for assigned dealerships.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for newly hired Sales Consultants and dealership personnel.
• Conduct refresher training, coaching sessions, role-plays, and practical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants on training objectives.
• Monitor training compliance and ensure completion of required learning programs.
• Observe sales activities and provide on-site coaching and feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and dealership-specific training requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance logs, certification statuses, exam results, and histories.
• Prepare and submit training/compliance reports and related documentation.
• Gather feedback and training effectiveness data to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field

• At least 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, sales support, or related functions

• Experience in sales training, dealership training, or automotive retail operations is an advantage

• Knowledge of sales processes, customer experience standards, and training methodologies

• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage training documentation and multiple priorities
