Job summary

ACMobility is seeking a Sales Training Associate to deliver and manage training programs across the dealership network. You will facilitate onboarding, conduct refresher sessions, and coach staff to ensure consistent sales processes and customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have a 2–3 year track record in training or sales support, strong presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Automotive retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in training, learning and development, sales support, or related roles.
• Experience in sales training, dealership training, or automotive retail operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales processes and customer experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training programs for assigned dealerships.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for newly hired Sales Consultants and dealership personnel.
• Conduct refresher training, coaching sessions, role-plays, and demonstrations to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants to support training objectives.
• Monitor training compliance and ensure completion of required learning programs within assigned dealerships.
• Observe sales activities and provide on-site coaching and feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and dealership-specific training needs.
• Support Training Needs Assessments and recommend development interventions to the Training Officer.
• Maintain training records, attendance logs, certification statuses, exam results, and training histories.
• Prepare and submit training and compliance reports and other training docs.

About the role

ACMobility is looking for a Sales Training Associate to support the delivery and execution of sales training programs across the dealership network. The role is responsible for facilitating training programs, monitoring training compliance, maintaining training records, and supporting dealership capability development. Working closely with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants, the position helps ensure consistent application of sales processes, product knowledge, customer experience standards, and certification requirements to drive dealership performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training programs for assigned dealerships

• Facilitate onboarding programs for newly hired Sales Consultants and dealership personnel

• Conduct refresher training, coaching sessions, role-plays, and practical demonstrations to reinforce learning

• Collaborate with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants to support dealership training objectives

• Monitor training compliance and ensure completion of required learning programs within assigned dealerships

• Identify skill gaps, performance opportunities, and dealership-specific training requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field

• At least 2-3 years of experience in training, learning and development, sales support, or related functions

• Experience in sales training, dealership training, or automotive retail operations is an advantage

• Knowledge of sales processes, customer experience standards, and training methodologies

• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage training documentation and multiple priorities
