Job summary

ClearSource BPO in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a skilled Training Specialist for sales coaching. You will train agents on full call flow, product info, and compliance, while reviewing recordings and driving improvements through side-by-sides and feedback.

Onsite work will align with client hours in a fast-paced environment. You will administer knowledge checks, track performance metrics like conversion, and collaborate with Training and Sales Operations to refine courses and targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone sales with targets achieved or exceeded.
• 1+ year as trainer, sales coach, team leader or SME who trained agents.
• Excellent English and ability to model live sales calls to agents.
• Able to read conversion rate, sales per hour and QA scores for coaching.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn client CRM, dialer and LMS tools.
• Onsite work aligned with client business hours.
• Top performer history on a sales floor (top 20% in conversion).
• Trained in compliance-regulated sales (required disclosures, consent, telemarketing rules).
• Experience building sales training content: call flows, libraries, role-play scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training in product information, offers and pricing, policies, processes and disclosures.
• Teach and model full sales call flow: opening, discovery, value, objections, closing, wrap-up.
• Administer assessments and mock calls to identify knowledge gaps.
• Review call recordings with trainees to coach missed opportunities.
• Track trainee performance and hand off ready agents to Operations with a readiness summary.
• Coordinate with Training Team Leader and Sales Ops to enhance courses and targets.
• Administer trainee satisfaction surveys.
• Regularly take live sales calls to maintain expertise on all lines of business.
