Job summary

ClearSource BPO in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a skilled Training Specialist for sales coaching. You will train agents on full call flow, product info, and compliance, while reviewing recordings and driving improvements through side-by-sides and feedback.

Onsite work will align with client hours in a fast-paced environment. You will administer knowledge checks, track performance metrics like conversion, and collaborate with Training and Sales Operations to refine courses and targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone sales with targets achieved or exceeded.
• 1+ year as trainer, sales coach, team leader or SME who trained agents.
• Excellent English and ability to model live sales calls to agents.
• Able to read conversion rate, sales per hour and QA scores for coaching.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn client CRM, dialer and LMS tools.
• Onsite work aligned with client business hours.
• Top performer history on a sales floor (top 20% in conversion).
• Trained in compliance-regulated sales (required disclosures, consent, telemarketing rules).
• Experience building sales training content: call flows, libraries, role-play scenarios.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Facilitate training in product information, offers and pricing, policies, processes, systems information, compliance and required disclosures, emotional intelligence skills, and other training as required to achieve the objectives of Operations.
• Teach, model, and role-play the full sales call flow: opening, discovery, value presentation, objection handling, closing, and compliant call wrap-up.
• Administer periodic assessments, including knowledge checks and graded mock sales calls, to confirm understanding of the training material and identify knowledge and skill gaps.
• Review call recordings with trainees and nesting agents and coach to missed sales opportunities through side-by-sides and recorded-call feedback.
• Track each trainee’s sales performance during nesting (conversion rate, sales per hour, and client-specific metrics) and hand off every agent to Operations with a documented readiness summary.
• Coordinate with the Training Team Leader and/or the Assistant Training Manager, and with Sales Operations leaders, to implement training course enhancements, align on sales targets, and discuss and address trainee performance opportunities.
• Administer the trainee satisfaction surveys.
• Regularly take live sales calls to maintain expertise and credibility on each line of business being trained.

About you

• 2+ years in phone sales, with a record of hitting or beating targets
• 1+ year as a trainer, sales coach, team leader or SME who formally coached or trained agents
• Excellent English, and able to model a live sales call at the standard you expect from agents
• Can read conversion rate, sales per hour and QA scores and turn them into specific coaching
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn client CRM, dialer and LMS tools
• Amenable to onsite work on schedules that match client business hours
• Top-performer history on a sales floor, for example consistently in the top 20% for conversion
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Has trained in compliance-regulated sales (required disclosures, recorded consent, telemarketing rules)
• Has sold or trained home warranty, home services, solar or real estate products
• Has built sales training content: call flows, objection-handling libraries, role-play scenarios
• QA or calibration experience on sales programs
• Train-the-trainer or other facilitation certification
