Qualifications

• Two years of Team Leader experience in outsourcing with at least 10 direct reports.
• One year sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in phone, email, and live chat support.
• Familiarity with e-Commerce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and operations of your team.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met by each teammate.
• Schedule adherence and shift coordination.
• Train and coach team through huddles and sessions.
• Evaluate strengths/weaknesses and guide development.
• Create performance reports and document feedback for the client.
• Handle HR-related issues and resolve team problems.
• Serve as liaison between management and the team.
• Think strategically and propose growth solutions.
