Job summary

TaskUs, a Philippines-based provider of outsourced digital services, seeks an Operations Manager to lead the customer experience operations team and drive high-performance results. You will guide Teammates and Team Leaders to consistently reach KPIs and deliver a Ridiculously Good customer experience to clients, across fast-paced workflow environments.

You will devise plans, assess strengths and weaknesses, assign tasks, and build trust through regular one-on-one sessions while refining daily

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in customer experience operations and management roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage an operations team.
• Strong track record of meeting and delivering targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze situations and data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Devise effective plans on how teammates and team leaders could reach targets.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses and guide development accordingly.
• Assign tasks that capitalize on strengths while addressing weaknesses.
• Gain trust and respect of the team through outreach, regular one-on-one sessions and feedback.
• Add, improve, or eliminate daily processes to bolster duties and responsibilities.
