Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Team Leader to guide a high-performing customer experience team in the Philippines. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, coach teammates, and monitor SLAs and KPIs to deliver top-notch service for clients across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a Team Leader in Sales or Tech Support, with excellent spoken and written communication, and familiarity with Zendesk or CRM tools. On-site roles with shift flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader for a Sales account.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader for a Tech Support account.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and operations of the team.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met by teammates.
• Organize schedules and team documentation.
• Coach and develop teammates through huddles and coaching sessions.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of teammates.
• Provide growth solutions and feedback to clients.
• Create performance reports and address client feedback.
• Handle HR-related issues and liaise with management.
