Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Team Leader to drive customer experience by guiding your team to meet SLAs and KPIs. You will coach teammates, manage day-to-day operations, and act as a bridge between the team and other departments.

Your role includes scheduling, reporting, and resolving issues to ensure service excellence. You must have ≥2 years in a team leadership role within outsourcing, plus at least 1 year of sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of relevant Team Leader experience in outsourcing or similar, managing a minimum of 10 teammates in customer support.
• At least 1 year sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Above-average technical know-how.
• Experience in phone, email, and live chat customer support.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and operations of the team.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met by teammates.
• Organize team schedules and adherence.
• Train and coach teammates; conduct team huddles.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses; provide growth solutions.
• Create performance reports and document client feedback.
• Address HR-related issues and liaise with management.
