Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. in Dasmariñas, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to supervise daily branch activities, drive business development, and ensure profitability and productivity.

The role leads a team of sales associates, implements sales strategies, and reports on branch performance, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; training in Ortigas, Pasig will be provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related field.
• At least two years of branch operations management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in lending/financing industry is an advantage but not required.
• Strong marketing knowledge and product/industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Highly persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, adaptable and analytical.
• Willing to undergo two weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or other related course is a plus.


• At least four (2) years of work-related experience in branch operations, in a managerial or supervisory capacity.


• Work experience in a lending/financing company is an advantage but not required.


• Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge.


• Excellent communication (written and verbal), decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.


• Capable to solve amicably customer’s / client’s complaints.
