Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead a busy branch in Metro Manila. The role oversees staff, daily operations, and performance, while driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships across partnerships.

You will implement programs for staff and clients, monitor market trends, and report outcomes to senior management. Ortigas Pasig training is required for two weeks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years branch operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or Supervisory role.
• Strong marketing knowledge and product/industry awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of duties.
• Conduct daily operation assessments to drive branch growth.
• Monitor daily production and branch status updates.
• Maintain client and employee contact to ensure quality service.
• Plan, create and implement programs for staff and clients.
• Prepare competitors' analysis and market changes reports.
• Maintain partnerships with loan consultants, dealers, and other partners.
• Deliver marketing activities within budget.
• Report branch performance to management.
• Handle client complaints escalated by staff.
• Represent the branch at management and other meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
• Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.
• Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates of the branch operations status.
• Maintains client and employee contact in the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.
• Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.
• Prepares Competitors’ Analysis and Market Changes Report and submits to Immediate Superior.
• Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants, second-hand car dealers, and other organizations.
• Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
• Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.
• Reports regularly the performance of branches to the Immediate Superior.
• Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents.
• Handles client complaints or concerns escalated by the staff.
• Represents the branch during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.
• Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course is a plus.
• With at least four (4) years work-related experience in branch operations, two years of which is in a Managerial or Supervisory capacity
• Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge
• Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills
• Capable to solve amicably customer’s/client’s complaints
• Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
• Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks.
