Responsibilities

• Assist sales consultants and motivate them to reach targets.
• Monitor group activities and calculate incentives/commissions.
• Aim to hit the target group quota set by CW.
• Monitor delivery schedules and store personnel schedules.
• Guide salespeople toward achieving individual/group quotas.
• Report concerns and provide recommendations to Area Sales Manager.
• Create sales strategies to meet departmental targets.
• Submit daily management reports.
