Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned store section for customer service, releasing, selling, dispatching and receiving.
• Monitor daily activities, staffing, and coordination with other sections and departments.
• Handle customer concerns, including complaints and returns/exchanges, for the section.
• Manage releasing: track items for pick-up, generate daily reports.
• Manage receiving: ensure supplier deliveries are complete and coordinate with departments on issues; supervise storage.
• Oversee dispatching: coordinate deliveries and generate daily reports; manage warehouse storage of outgoing goods.
• Oversee selling: display/merchandising, inventory, and respond to customer inquiries; ensure daily floor staffing and reporting.
• Other tasks related to the listed areas may be assigned.

Job description

A Store Supervisor of CW Home Depot oversees the assigned section of the store, such as customer service, releasing, selling, dispatching, and receiving. The store supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the daily activities of the said section, its manpower, and coordination with other sections and concerned departments.

Customer Service

• Handles and addresses customer concerns, such as but not limited to complaints, return and exchange process, and other related activities assigned for the section

Releasing

• Monitors the items for pick-up and oversees the activities of the section
• Creates daily document reports assigned to the section

Receiving

• Ensures that all supplier deliveries are good and complete
• Coordinates with the concerned departments for supplier delivery concerns and issues
• Responsible for warehouse management and supervises receiving personnel for proper storage of incoming deliveries
• Creates daily document reports

Dispatching

• Oversees the delivery process to customers, including coordination with the selling area for items subjected to delivery
• Creates daily document reports
• Responsible for warehouse management for proper storage of outgoing deliveries

Selling

• Responsible for display and merchandising, inventory management, and attending customer inquiries from time to time.
• Ensures that there is enough manpower on the floor daily
• Creates daily document reports

For all the areas indicated, other tasks related to the specific area will be assigned from time to time.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business
• At least one of experience in retail or store operations
• At least one year of career in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Strong people management skills
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and software applications
• Background in warehousing, inventory, and merchandising
• With above-average communication skills, both written and oral
• Willing to extend working hours based on the operational requirements
