Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Strong coaching, target management, negotiation, and analysis skills.
• Ability to manage field or inside sales activities and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assign territories, leads, accounts, and daily sales priorities.
• Monitor sales activity, conversion, pipeline, and target achievement.
• Coach team members on selling, negotiation, reporting, and customer management.
• Support major client meetings and resolve sales execution issues.
• Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and corrective action plans.
