Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Corporate Sales Supervisor to open and develop a local market. You will acquire corporate clients, drive actual sales and collections, and gradually build a local sales team.

This is a field-based, non-remote role with frequent client visits and meetings with company owners and HR teams. The position requires hands-on leadership, regular field prospecting, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, business development, or territory sales.
• Able to personally find and develop new corporate clients from zero.
• Experienced in cold calling, field prospecting, company visits, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, closing, and collection follow-up.
• Actual experience directly managing and training a sales team.
• Able to explain how many salespeople were directly managed and how targets, training, pipeline reviews, coaching, and low performance were handled.

Responsibilities

• Study the assigned territory and identify commercial areas and high-potential locations.
• Develop new corporate accounts through cold calls, online prospecting, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Visit nearby companies and introduce recruitment and workforce solutions.
• Meet with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Finance, and Operations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
• Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Maintain a measurable Sales Pipeline with next steps and deal values.
