optiBPO is seeking a Sales Support Specialist based in Clark, Pampanga, on an evening shift (US). You will assist the sales team with proposals, inquiries, CRM usage, and order processing, while maintaining accurate records and supporting event preparations.

The role emphasizes organizing quotes, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery. Requires 1–2 years in sales support, strong communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales support or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team in tracking and reporting sales metrics.
• Help organize sales meetings and events.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
• Monitor the shared sales inbox, logging projects and gathering missing information.
• Handle routine dealer questions, samples, product information, and project updates.
• Prepare and send straightforward product quotes following training.
• Track deadlines and follow up to keep projects moving within 48-hour turnaround.
