Job summary

ByteBridge Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to streamline order processing, data management, and cross-functional coordination for the sales team in Metro Manila.

You will handle vendor communications, maintain CRM/ERP data, support multiple sales managers, and ensure timely deliveries and accurate reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with IT and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales support or operations.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately.
• Communicate with vendors on quotations, pricing, and status.
• Manage vendor quotations and payment terms.
• Follow internal guidelines while processing orders.
• Support multiple sales managers and orders concurrently.
• Provide order status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics.
• Liaise with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain sales records, customer data, and documentation.
• Ensure CRM/ERP data is accurate and up-to-date.
