Job summary

optiBPO is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Admin Support to join our Philippines team in Angeles City. This role supports day‑to‑day administration of customer orders, sales reporting, logistics tracking, and operational reporting.

The successful candidate will own defined operational processes, ensure accuracy and timeliness according to SOPs. This role is process‑driven rather than client‑facing, with complex issues escalated to the Customer Service team; based at the Mabalacat

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, sales administration, customer operations, or back‑office support.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order records and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Escalate incomplete or exceptional orders to the Customer Success team.
• Monitor order status and provide order tracking updates.
• Track daily shipments and obtain proofs of delivery.
• Prepare and distribute daily summaries of quotes and orders.
• Produce reports and quarterly business review data as required.
