Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Manila is seeking a motivated Sales Support Associate to assist the sales team and customers with pre-sales inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support. The role requires strong organization, problem solving, and customer focus, with a track record in delivering exceptional service to international clients.

A four-year degree is preferred, and experience in CRM/ERP systems and BPO environments—especially night shifts—will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• 4 years industry experience in similar role.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order lifecycle from receipt to delivery with accuracy.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in relevant systems.
• Act as SME on products, onboarding, and account management.
• Communicate pricing, payment terms, and vendor guidelines.
• Maintain customer data including price lists and quotes.
• Validate and process purchase orders; coordinate with planning and logistics.
• Resolve order-related problems with customers and partners.
• Provide necessary documentation and status updates.
• Escalate deviations and drive backlog review meetings.
• Resolve complaints to maximize satisfaction; support strategic targets.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Perform special tasks as needed.
