Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate to back regional and global campaigns. You will assist with data processing, maintain records, and coordinate with consultants to support client initiatives.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across time zones. Expect a hybrid setup with collaboration across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing, sales support or business development.
• Experience in voice, email, or chat processes, specializing in sales or back-office support.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Macros including in-office AI applications like Copilot.
• Familiarity with sales and prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Dynamics).
• Strong time management and results-oriented mindset.
• Good English communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, able to multitask, analyze data, and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility in a hybrid set-up, with work shift varying between European and American time zones depending on assignments

Responsibilities
