Job summary

WTW in Manila is seeking a capable Sales Support Analyst to assist regional offices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. You will support direct and indirect sales campaigns, conduct data research, maintain records, and provide communication support to consultants.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely follow-ups across multiple time zones. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in data processing or sales support, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office and sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data processing, sales support or business development.
• Experience in voice, email, or chat processes, specializing in sales or back-office support.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Macros including in-office AI applications like Copilot
• Familiarity with sales and prospecting platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Dynamics).
• Strong time management and results-oriented mindset.
• Good English communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, able to multitask, analyze data, and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility in a hybrid set-up, with work shift varying between European and American time zones depending on assignments
