Job summary

Qodea, a global tech group, seeks a Sales Support Specialist in the Philippines to streamline high-volume sales and admin workflows. You will manage renewals, vendor quotes, and financial processing to enable senior commercial staff to focus on strategic work.

Ideal candidates have experience with Zendesk, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, sales operations, or commercial admin roles.
• Hands-on with ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk) to manage requests.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to navigate templates confidently.
• Experience generating quotes and handling POs or invoices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Renewals management: oversee automated checks and renewal queries.
• License and quote fulfillment via Zendesk and internal systems.
• Coordinate simple third-party renewals with vendors and teams.
• Process invoices and create purchase orders for vendors.
• Generate quotes and support procurement through the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in Zendesk and CRM.
• Collaborate with renewals, finance, and partners to resolve bottlenecks.
• Support high-volume, low-complexity sales workflows daily.
