Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Development / Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to grow our outbound sales pipeline by connecting with US small business prospects. You will research leads, make outbound calls, and book qualified appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Track record in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Confident, clear, and professional phone communication skills.
• Experience researching and qualifying leads independently.
• Comfortable placing outbound calls to US-based small businesses.
• Sharp-eyed, dependable, and able to work on your own.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in reputation management or online reviews industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with dialer systems and reporting tools (preferred).
• Experience with follow-up outreach by email (preferred).
• Background with US-based small business clients (preferred).
• Ability to balance several projects at once (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Research prospective US small business leads and identify those that meet defined criteria.
• Make outbound cold calls to introduce our services and qualify prospects.
• Book qualified appointments that the sales team can follow up on and close.
• Gather and accurately record key prospect information on each call.
• Manage daily outbound calling through our existing phone/dialer system.
• Send end-of-shift reports each day summarizing calls made, leads collected, voicemails, and missed calls.
• Log hours accurately in the provided time tracking system.
• Follow the call scripts and outreach guidelines provided.
• Work with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed off smoothly.
