Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Sales Support Executive (B2B AU Telco) to coordinate between Sales, Operations, Billing and Provisioning, ensuring accurate service delivery and clean lifecycle management. You will support the Sales team with opportunity and pipeline management and help transition deals into ready-to-activate orders.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of end-to-end sales order workflows in B2B telco.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales support and complaint resolution.
• CRM-agnostic data management with data integrity and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order workflows for mobility, fixed, ICT and complex products.
• Validate billing setups, run data integrity checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Provisioning, Billing and Compliance to remove bottlenecks.
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene with accurate stages, values and close dates.
• Provide onboarding support and guide clients through onboarding workflows.
