Job summary

RELX is seeking a Sales Support Analyst I in Manila to manage end-to-end order processing for Lexis Nexis products and support internal teams. The role involves preparing and invoicing orders, communicating with Sales, Credit, Billing, and AR, and maintaining standard reports for the government segment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel (formatting, formulas, pivot, shortcuts)
• Analyzes and generates reports using SQL/DBeaver
• Understand how reports flow into various systems and how tools impact account assignments
• Basic billing and invoicing tasks such as manual/prepay invoice, e-submission, billing inquiries

Responsibilities

• Enter orders for Lexis Nexis products and process orders from initial review to invoicing
• Communicate with internal customers (Sales, Credit and Collection, Customer Service, Billing and AR) to foster collaboration
• Maintain existing reports and deliver simple reports for government segment
• Ad hoc tasks initiated by REPH and BU
• Translate strategic plans into account assignments and dependent processes
