The Sales Operations Supervisor supports the efficient execution of nationwide sales operations by ensuring that sales processes, reporting, and operational activities are carried out effectively. This role supervises day-to-day sales operations, monitors performance against targets, and works closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Supervise and coach Territory Sales Specialists (TSS) through regular coaching, field visits, and performance reviews.
Monitor daily sales activities, territory coverage, and compliance with sales processes and policies.
Track sales performance by territory, product, and customer, and develop action plans for underperforming areas.
Monitor project pipelines, contractor awards, and purchasing schedules to maximize business opportunities.
Coordinate public and private bidding activities, ensuring timely submission of quotations and bid documents.
Monitor bid win/loss performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or commercial support, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in construction materials, industrial products, chemicals, coatings, infrastructure technologies, or related industries is an advantage
With knowledge of sales reporting, CRM systems, forecasting, sales analytics, and process improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
