Philsteel Agrra Innovations Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive regional sales strategies and meet multiple targets across construction-related products for hardware stores. The role also covers collections, business development, and strong customer relationship focus.
The candidate will oversee planning, forecasting, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely deliveries and profitable growth in the assigned region.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor his sales performance and take corrective actions to address gaps.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and business opportunities within the assigned region.
Expand market coverage and increase product penetration.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans.
Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate demand planning with Operations and Supply Chain.
Ensure accurate sales reporting and pipeline management.
Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market developments.
Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements or new market opportunities.
Provide management with regular reports on market conditions and sales performance.
Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and performance analyses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
Manage regional sales expenses within the approved budget.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of sales experience in selling construction related products to hardware stores, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in selling steel products to hardware stores is an advantage.
