Rua Seguridad Corp. is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to oversee nationwide sales operations, coach Territory Sales Specialists, and drive productivity and reporting accuracy. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with sales policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in sales operations, including 1–2 years in supervision, with strong Excel and CRM capabilities for forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales operations; 1–2 in supervisory role.
• Experience with CRM, forecasting, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Territory Sales Specialists through coaching and reviews.
• Monitor daily sales activities, territory coverage, and policy compliance.
• Track performance by territory, product, and customer; develop improvement plans.
• Oversee project pipelines, contractor awards, and purchasing schedules.
• Coordinate public and private bidding; ensure timely quotations.
• Monitor bid win/loss and recommend improvements.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
