Job summary

Health Maintenance, Inc. (HMI) seeks an on-site Sales Supervisor in Makati with 1–3 years of experience and a four-year degree. The role demands strong communication, analytic skills, and driving ability to coordinate activities across branches.

The candidate will develop sales strategies, target corporate accounts including HMO partnerships, promote HMICare services, and lead presentations and meetings. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, preferably Marketing.
• At least 1 year experience as Sales Supervisor.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Driving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new corporate accounts, HM0 partnerships, Schools, industrial companies, and institutional clients.
• Promote HMICare's services.
• Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and business meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Supervise and coordinate sales activities in the Makati, Dasmariñas, and EPZA branches.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure branch sales targets are achieved.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Sales Associates.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess sales activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
