Role Description

The Sales Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasig. The Sales Supervisor oversees day-to-day sales operations, including supervising sales teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with key accounts, managing client relationships, and resolving customer concerns in a timely, professional manner. The role involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic initiatives to grow market share and improve sales processes. The Sales Supervisor also contributes to training and mentoring team members, promoting adherence to company policies and fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Team Management and Training skills to lead, coach, and develop sales staff effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships, address concerns, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or related industries.
• Candidates should have proficiency in basic office and sales software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Pasig with flexible hours when required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
