About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a sales team whilst driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily sales operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that all team members meet and exceed their targets. This position is fundamental to our retail and consumer products business, directly impacting our market performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques
• Prepare and review sales reports, analysing performance data and identifying areas for improvement
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by ensuring outstanding service delivery and resolving customer complaints promptly
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organisation
• Conduct staff recruitment, interviews and performance evaluations as needed
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and display of products
• Implement promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with marketing initiatives
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in a supervisory or sales management role within the retail or consumer products sector
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance standards
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service excellence and retail operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with staff and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy
• Flexibility and willingness to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
• Preferably with experience in distribution or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors
