Key Duties and Responsibilities

Distributor and Key Account Management

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts, ensuring their requirements are addressed and they remain informed of PD products, updates, and innovations.
• Develop and execute value‑driven initiatives with key trade accounts to support revenue growth and strengthen long‑term brand loyalty.

Trade Marketing and Promotions

• Plan, coordinate, and implement trade promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Promotions team, ensuring timely availability of point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and promotional support.
• Conduct regular visits to project sites and trade accounts to actively promote PD products, increasing brand visibility, market presence, and penetration.

Market Analysis

• Perform detailed market, customer, and competitor analyses in coordination with the Market Research team to generate insights that support sales strategies and product positioning.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of sales initiatives to the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager.
