Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated on-site sales professional in Cavite City. The role focuses on achieving sales, managing distributor accounts, and ensuring proper product availability, pricing, and promotions across outlets.

You will conduct outlet visits, monitor market trends, and build strong distributor relationships while coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support product launches. Driver's license and field-ready mindset preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to handle fieldwork.
• Experience in Sales/Distributor Management/Trade Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, collection, and distribution targets.
• Manage and develop assigned distributor accounts and customer outlets.
• Ensure product availability, merchandising standards, pricing, and promotions are implemented properly.
• Conduct outlet visits and monitor stocks, competitors, and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational concerns.
• Prepare sales, collection, competitor, and merchandising reports.
• Maintain accurate records of distributor performance and market intelligence.
• Assist in sales programs, product launches, and trade activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend sales meetings, route rides, and training programs.
