Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, account management, technical sales, or a related field.
• Preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in sales and customer relationship management.
• Experience in technical sales, product monitoring, forecasting, and proposal preparation is an advantage.
• Good understanding of customer needs and sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales service team in achieving business and customer service objectives.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle sales inquiries, proposals, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Provide technical sales support and coordinate with internal technical teams when needed.
• Monitor product availability, movement, and performance.
• Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, targets, and account plans.
• Identify opportunities for new business and account development.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, technical concerns, and service requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on sales activities, account performance, and product monitoring.
• Support the team in resolving customer concerns and maintaining high service standards.
