The ideal candidate translates business needs into effective IT offerings, presents solutions across software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services, and closes deals while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in IT products and services.
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Present and demonstrate IT solutions including software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers (c-level)
