Responsibilities

Lead operations including account solicitation and development, account analysis, and strategy formulation.
Develop forecast and monitor product offtake.
Review and approve estimates and proposals, and monitor account sales and collection performance.
Study product support for agents and clients.
Lead in mobilizing technical support for field agents/advisors.
Recommend and monitor budget.
Other tasks necessary to evaluate agent/advisor and area progress and productivity.
