Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service role.
• Knowledge of market research, sales concepts and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations including account solicitation and development, account analysis, and strategy formulation.
• Develop forecast and monitor product offtake.
• Review and approve estimates and proposals, and monitor account sales and collection performance.
• Study product support for agents and clients.
• Lead in mobilizing technical support for field agents/advisors.
• Recommend and monitor budget.
• Other tasks necessary to evaluate agent/advisor and area progress and productivity
