Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team across Luzon, including Bataan and nearby provinces. The role requires presenting products, closing sales, and building a robust client base while meeting quotas.

Fresh graduates welcome with 1–3 years in sales; a valid driver's license is required; age up to 34. You will travel to client sites and participate in promotional activities like seminars and in-store events to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Prefers college graduates; fresh grads welcome with 1–3 years sales experience preferred.
• Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions A, A1, B, B1, B2).
• AGE UP TO 34 ONLY.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collect and remit payments on time.
• Find leads and identify potential clients.
• Have extensive knowledge on company products to present and close sales.
• Increase customer base and maintain relationships for repeat purchases.
• Conduct promotions and marketing activities (postering, booth sampling, seminars, and other events).
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Submit required reports and documentation.
• Maintain stock inventory and be accountable for it.
• Collaborate with internal departments (account coordinators, accounting, warehouse).
