Position Title: Sales Agent South Luzon Area (Head Office Carmona)

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Supervisor

Work Location: South Luzon (Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Quezon, and nearby provinces) Field-based with occasional reporting to head office

Position Summary: We are looking to hire a Sales Agent who will represent our brand and drive product growth in the South Luzon region. While sales experience is an advantage, we also welcome motivated individuals with no prior sales background as long as they are coachable, results‑driven, and eager to succeed. This role requires a proactive mindset and a strong desire to build a career in sales through hands‑on field experience.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with retailers, contractors, and dealers
• Promote and sell products through field visits and route selling
• Understand customer needs and provide product solutions
• Submit daily and weekly sales updates and feedback from the field
• Participate in trainings and coaching sessions to continuously improve sales skills
• Help achieve area sales targets and contribute to regional growth
• No prior sales experience required, but must be willing to learn and grow in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Must be willing to do field work and travel extensively within the South Luzon region
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and hunger for accomplishment
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal‑oriented, persistent, and capable of handling rejections
• Possesses a valid driver's license is a plus
• At least a high school graduate; college level or graduate preferred
• Familiarity with the local geography of South Luzon is a plus
• Updated Barangay Clearance
• Police and NBI Clearance

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
