Job summary

DEMPSEY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao regions. You will manage client relationships, present products, and work to meet quotas.

The role requires at least a college education or fresh graduates with 1–3 years in sales, a valid Driver’s License, and age up to 34. You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome, but 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions A, A1, B, B1, B2).
• Age up to 34 only.
• Preferably a college graduate.

Responsibilities

• Sales Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Collect and remit payments on time
• Find leads and identify potential clients
• Have extensive knowledge on company products to present to potential clients and close sales
• Increase customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat purchases
• Conduct promotions and marketing activities such as postering, in-store booth sampling, seminars and events
• Submit the required reports and documentation
