Job summary

Davis Enterprise OPC is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our hardware and construction sales team in Batangas, Calabarzon. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth while achieving targets.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, presenting products, negotiating terms, and maintaining CRM records. A minimum 1 year in sales and travel within the Batangas region are expected.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Sales team at Davis Enterprise OPC' as a Sales Representative. Based in Batangas Calabarzon, this full-time position will see you playing a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation activities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities
• Presenting the company's products and services effectively to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations throughout the sales cycle
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system
• Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the Hardware or Construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence clients
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales enablement tools
• A driven, ambitious, and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales
• Willingness to travel within the Batangas Calabarzon region as required
