Job summary

Bespoke Lighting Solutions OPC in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a motivated Sales/Chandelier Specialist to engage walk-in clients, designers, and contractors. You will promote products, assess space and budget, and guide clients from selection to order.

You will build relationships, present product knowledge, coordinate with the install team, and strive to meet monthly targets. Strong communication and field-work willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not required.
• Proven sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be articulate and confident in presenting products/services to clients.
• Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Willing to conduct field work, ocular inspections, and site visits as needed
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.) and other basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• With a professional attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell chandelier products to walk-in clients, designers, contractors, and business owners.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate chandelier designs based on space, style, and budget
• Provide product knowledge, including materials, sizes, installation requirements, and maintenance
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure proper delivery and setup
• Stay updated on lighting trends, interior design styles, and competitor offerings
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed
