MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our onsite night-shift team in Cagayan de Oro City. You will engage warm leads, present solutions, and close sales while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication in English, the ability to handle objections, and resilience in a high-volume call environment. This position offers healthcare coverage on day one, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth within MicroSourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 6 months of sales experience (BPO outbound, telesales, or direct sales experience is highly preferred).
• Communication & Rapport: Excellent verbal English skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and connect empathetically with prospects.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle customer objections, pitch complementary services, and close transactions effectively.

• Outbound Lead Engagement: Conduct targeted outbound calls to warm leads to generate interest and drive revenue.
• Sales Execution & Upselling: Effectively present solution offerings, overcome objections, close sales, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize account value.
