Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis. Based at our SM City Molino office in Bacoor City, Cavite, you will identify new business opportunities and develop client partnerships to drive growth.

You will present our workforce solutions, tailor proposals to client needs, and work with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery while consistently hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or consultative sales, preferably in staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and fluent in English.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.

About the role

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and build strong client relationships in the workforce management sector. Based at our SM City Molino office in Bacoor City, Cavite, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client partnerships, and achieving sales targets that contribute directly to our company's success.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new potential clients within the workforce management and staffing sectors
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Presenting company services and solutions to clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific workforce requirements
• Preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline management using CRM systems
• Collaborating with internal teams including operations and human resources to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
• Attending industry events, networking meetings and trade shows to generate leads and enhance company visibility
• Providing feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and client needs to inform business strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales representative or consultative sales role, ideally within staffing, recruitment or workforce management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business value
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales activities and reporting
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
• Professional presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English
• High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in business, sales or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the workforce management or staffing industry is advantageous but not essential
