About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promodiser to join the team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our janitorial services and products to potential clients. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is essential to expanding our market presence and achieving our sales targets within the commercial cleaning and janitorial services sector.

What you'll be doing

• Promote and demonstrate janitorial products and services to prospective clients at various locations and events
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through active prospecting and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Provide detailed information about pricing, terms, and service packages to interested customers
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions
• Provide feedback to the sales and management teams regarding market trends and customer preferences
• Attend product training sessions to stay informed about new services and industry developments
• Represent the company professionally at promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser, Sales Representative, or similar sales role within the services or commercial sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities to effectively showcase products and services
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Outstanding customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software or customer relationship management tools
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and demonstrate products for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied hours and occasionally travel to client locations within Metro Manila
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; tertiary education is advantageous
• Knowledge of janitorial services, cleaning products, or the commercial services industry is preferred but not essential
