Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role (Sales Promodiser or similar).

• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Knowledge of janitorial/facility management services preferred.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Promodiser to join ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and driving sales growth within the local market. You will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential clients and building lasting business relationships that contribute to our expansion and success in the janitorial and facility management services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate our janitorial and cleaning service offerings to prospective clients and business partners

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the benefits and value of our services

• Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories to generate new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Provide accurate information about service packages, pricing and contractual terms

• Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform sales strategies and service improvements

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries and follow-ups

• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking meetings to promote brand awareness

• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to new clients

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser, promotional staff member or in a similar customer-facing sales role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences

• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members

• Knowledge of the janitorial, cleaning or facility management services industry (preferred but not essential)

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous)

• Valid government-issued identification and transportation capability to travel within Metro Manila

• Flexibility to work on-site visits and occasional extended hours as required
