Job summary

Million Lighting Co Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized Project Admin in Singapore to support the sales team with orders, quotations, and calendar management. The role focuses on accurate records, timely communications, and collaboration with logistics for on-time product delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration or customer service within the lighting industry, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably within the lighting industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales & projects records
• Assist with the preparation of sales quotation
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Support the sales & projects team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Inquire and follow up cost from manufacturer or factory
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales process improvements
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
